Currently the Head Coach at Yale University, Keith is a graduate of Yale with Over 20 years of Professional Coaching experience; Keith has served as a Coach for the Washington Capitals and is currently a Coach for the St. Louis Blues of the NHL. He was also a Coach of the 92' US Olympic Team, the 96' US Hockey Gold Medal World Cup Team, and the 2000, 2001 and 2002' USA Hockey National Junior Teams.

Keith is an active participant in the USA Hockey Coaching Education and Player Development Programs as a clinic presenter and coach.
