Keith Blase

Keith Blase,, is a 1973 graduate of St. Louis University with a BS Degree in Business Administration.

Keith has over 30 years of experience in sports administration and program development at the amateur and professional level, Keith has also served as a General Manager or Coach of six USA Hockey National Teams and was a member of the 88' and 92' U.S. Olympic Hockey Teams. Keith was instrumental in the development of USA Hockey's coaching Education and Player Development Programs from 1983 - 93.

Keith most recently guided the US Sled Hockey team to a Silver Medal at the 2004 World Championships in Ornskoldsvik, Sweden and a Bronze Medal at the 2006 Paralympic Winter Games in Torino Italy. Keith is currently the Chair of the International Paralympic Committee's Ice Sledge Hockey Sport Committee and remains active as a clinic instructor and volunteer for USA Hockey.
