Mike oversees Sales, Marketing and Corporate Development for flexxCOACH. Mike brings 20+ years of senior management company-building experience in web-based technology startups.

Prior to flexxCOACH, Mike played executive roles in several venture-backed and independently funded startups including:

• Founder and CEO, Keep It Fun, Inc. where Mike conceived and launched a lifestyle brand whose message connotes what’s most important in amateur athletics.
• President, Agora Marketing Technologies, a London-based software-as-a-service venture
• EVP, at MarketSoft Corporation, a venture-backed marketing software startup
• EVP, at RealAge.com a consumer health/lifestyle web-startup
• Head of Strategy and VP/GM at Reebok International
• Principal at Morningside Group, a private equity direct-investment partnership

A lifelong player and fan of the game, Mike has coached youth hockey for the last 10 years and struggles in a men’s league against players half his age and three notches too fast.

Mike holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering/Economics from Union College.
