Bandwidth Requirements
Quality streaming video demands high bandwidth. Although dial-up and DSL
connections may allow you to view the streaming videos, the experience will
most likely be poor due to consistent buffering. An Internet connection with a
download speed of at least 768kbps is highly recommended.
If you are unsure of your Internet connection speed, we recommend searching on
Google for "Bandwidth Speed Test". There are numerous "Free" tests
available that will give you a good indication of what your Internet connection
speed is.

Use of the flexxCOACH Learning Center site requires that Cookies and JavaScript

Macromedia Flash Player
The flexxCOACH Learning Center contains videos that are streamed using Adobe's
Flash technology. In order to view these videos, the Adobe Flash Player Version
8+ is required.
The Macromedia Flash Player is free and may be downloaded from the "Get
Macromedia Flash Player" link below.

Adobe Acrobat Reader
Some of the documents in the Learning Center site are in a Portable Document
Format (PDF) and require the Acrobat Reader from Adobe in order to view them.
The PDF format is used primarily for it's printing capabilities but also to
maintain document structure as it was originally intended to be seen.
The Adobe Acrobat Reader may be downloaded for free from Adobe's website using
the following link.
