Mike enters his second season as the Bruins' head coach, as he became the 26th head coach in team history on June 23, 2003. In his first season behind the Boston bench, he led the club to the Northeast Division title and the second-best record in the Eastern Conference with a 41-19-15-7 record, 104 points and a .634 win percentage.
