Adobe Flash Player
The flexxCOACH Practice Planner contains drills that are animated using Flash technology. In order to view these animations, Adobe's Flash Player is required.

Adobe Acrobat Reader
Some of the documents on the Flexxcoach site are in a Portable Document Format (PDF) and require the Acrobat Reader from Adobe in order to view them. The PDF format is used primarily for it's printing capabilities but also to maintain document structure as it was originally intended to be seen.
